    • We checked coolant level and it is very low. We added water and pressure tested cooling system and the pressure dropped and we cannot find any external leaks.
    • FOUND: That the rear brake rotors are warped and are to thin to resurface and brake pads are at 3mm. Front brake rotors are still within spec and show no warping front brake pads are at 7mm.
    • REMOVE AND REPLACE MOTOR OIL AND OIL FILTER, LUBE CHASSIS WHERE APPLICABLE, CHECK TIRE PRESSURE AND ALL FLUID LEVELS.

    • removed old brakes and installed new brake pads and rotors. test drove vehicle after service and shaking went away.

    • Went out to vehicle to drive in to the shop and the battery is completely dead. We used our jumper box and engine started right up. We drove into shop and tested battery, starting and charging system and results showed that battery needs to be replaced. Battery tested at 204 amps out of 650 amps. Scanned vehicle for trouble codes and found, P00FD Battery B state of charge performance. Vehicle needs a new battery and then re test. Vehicle is being picked up with out repairs at this time. Customer brought own battery, NO WARRANTY on customer supplied parts.
