We drove vehicle into shop and checked for oil leaks and found oil leaking from the oil filter. It looks like the oil filter was incorrect. We replaced the engine oil filter with a new one and topped off the oil ( 3 quarts of engine oil ). Cleaned the area around the filter and test drove vehicle. After the test drive we drove back into the shop to verify there is no more oil leaks. Vehicle is good to go.

Had to replace AC compressor again, 6 months later under warranty. The AC compressor clutch failed.
SERVICE AIR CONDITIONER. CHECK CONDITION OF ALL BELTS AND LINES. EVACUATE AND RECHARGE WITH R-134. TEST SYSTEM PERFORMANCE.
Replaced the driver side axle bushing that sits inside the differential. After the new bushing was installed we drove vehicle for 20+ miles and verified there is no more transmission fluid leak. Added 1 quart of ATF.

Scanned vehicle for trouble codes but no codes are present. We test drove vehicle several times and could not duplicate customers concern of vehicle locking up and/or loosing power. We checked charging and starting system and results were good. The battery is good, starter is good and the alternator is good. We checked the voltage at the alternator output and it is 15.00 volts and at the battery it is 14.98 volts. Checked the power and ground wires to make sure they are not loose. Checked the power cable at the alternator to make sure it is tight.

Brake rotors have severe hot spots. Passenger rear brakes are metal to metal and it wore down the brake rotor so much that the inner brake pad slid out causing the caliper pistons to over extend causing the brake fluid to leak out. Removed rear brakes and replaced brake rotors, brake pads and brake pad hard wear. We bled the whole brake system with new brake fluid.
Replaced passenger rear brake caliper.
