2016 Ford Escape
Mileage94,154Service Date8/27/2026Services Performed- FOUND: Hooked up scanner and found 1 code related too the engine and 2 codes related to the turn signals. B1D07 Right turn Indicator C111A Right stop lamp. P0453 EVAP system pressure sensor/switch A circuit high. Customer supplied light bulbs and we replaced both front and rear passenger side bulbs. The EVAP related code requires the fuel tank be removed and wiring for fuel tank pressure sensor be inspected and possibly replacing the fuel tank pressure sensor. The noise from the A/C is coming from the blower motor area.
- We dropped fuel tank and inspected wiring going to and from and it looks good. We also tested the wiring for power supply and signal power. We spoke we customer and explained that the wiring had checked out good and the fuel tank pressure sensor needs to be replaced. She agreed to replacing the sensor. The fuel tank pressure sensor and plastic hose assembly has been replaced with new FORD part. We cleared codes and then test drove vehicle but the check engine light came back on. We had to do more digging around and found several(7) more chewed wires in the engine bay. We repaired the wires and test drove vehicle again and this time there's no more check engine light and no pending trouble codes. After replacing part we re assembled vehicle cleared codes and test drove vehicle and verified that there's no more check engine light on and/or no pending codes.

2014 Hyundai Tucson

Also the AC line that goes to and from the compressor to the condenser is leaking at the high pressure crimp. AC compressor and AC line need to be replaced. AC compressor is still under warranty.
- We replaced A/C compressor after the clutch assembly failed. We installed the new compressor and the new A/C hose assembly. Performed A/C service and test drove vehicle to verify that the A/C clutch and compressor are working properly.

We replaced the engine oil filter with a new one and topped off the oil ( 3 quarts of engine oil ). Cleaned the area around the filter and test drove vehicle. After the test drive we drove back into the shop to verify there is no more oil leaks. Vehicle is good to go.
