Scanned vehicle for trouble codes and found, P0171 fuel trim system lean bank 1 P0174 fuel trim system lean bank 2 P0201 Cylinder 1 injector control circuit P0203 Cylinder 3 injector control circuit P0205 Cylinder 5 injector control circuit P0207 Cylinder 7 injector control circuit P0420 catalyst system low efficiency bank1 P0430 Catalyst system low efficiency bank 2 While inspecting the engine we found that the radiator is cracked on the driver side tank and leaking coolant. We noticed the pedal commander installed and that might be affecting the way engine is running since it hooks up the gas pedal and the vehicles CAN bus system. Spark plugs are worn and recommend replacing them. Recommend removing the pedal commander. Vehicle needs a new radiator.
REMOVE AND REPLACE MOTOR OIL AND OIL FILTER, LUBE CHASSIS WHERE APPLICABLE, CHECK TIRE PRESSURE AND ALL FLUID LEVELS.

removed cracked radiator and installed new radiator and new lower radiator hose. Filled cooling system with fresh coolant.

Replaced all 8 spark plugs and added dielectric grease between the spark plug and ignition wires. Cleaned the Mass Air Flow sensor. Test drove vehicle after repairs, drove on the freeway and surface streets and no hesitation and no check engine light.

FOUND: Scanned vehicle for trouble codes and found, P0141 Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit (bank 1 sensor 2) We monitored live data on scanner and found that the computer is sending the power signal to the oxygen sensor heater but the heater is not responding. I disconnected the oxygen sensor and verified that there is power and ground at the connector. Both ground and power are present, that being said the downstream sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. Customer dropped off new oxygen sensor and we replaced it, then cleared codes and test drove vehicle. No check engine light and the oxygen sensor is working normal now.

FOUND: Scanned vehicle fro trouble codes and found, P0050 Heated Oxygen Sensor heater control circuit bank 2 sensor 1. P013D Heated Oxygen Sensor slow response lean to rich bank 2 sensor 2. P0152 Heated Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage bank 2 sensor 1. P0155 Heated oxygen sensor heater performance bank 2 sensor 1. P1258 Engine coolant over temperature, protection mode active. We monitored live data and found that both oxygen sensors on bank 2 are slow fluctuating and/or frozen. We went under vehicle for a visual inspection and found that the upstream sensor somehow came disconnected and landed on the exhaust and the wires are now burnt, sensor needs to be replaced Recommend both right, (passenger) side oxygen sensors be replaced and re test.
Replaced up stream oxygen sensor.
Replaced downstream oxygen sensor.

Oil leaks to ground on driver front corner. Removed lower splash shields to gain better view of the transmission. Everything on the underside of the driver side is covered in oil. Cleaned the transmission from the lower half and started engine and let it idle to see if i can pin point the oil leak. After the engine was idling for several minutes I was able to find transmission fluid leaking from front transmission cover. Cover or cover gasket will need to be replaced.

REMOVE AND REPLACE MOTOR OIL AND OIL FILTER, LUBE CHASSIS WHERE APPLICABLE, CHECK TIRE PRESSURE AND ALL FLUID LEVELS. Checked all fluids and found that coolant was very low, 1 gallon low. We filled cooling system with DexCool. NO external coolant leaks found. Checked the transmission fluid level and condition and fluid level is good but fluid condition is dark and discolored. Recommend transmission fluid and filter service.
