    • AC compressor clutch is not engaging. The air gap on the clutch is too wide. Removed and replaced AC compressor with a new part. Performed AC service and verified that AC system is working properly. The temperature at the air vents is 48 degrees Fahrenheit. AC is working great.

    • Removed blown up engine and replaced with used engine and removed intake components and replaced onto used engine. We had to replace some sensors and actuators that where broken on the replacement engine.
    • Cleaned out intake manifold turbo charge pipes and replaced timing cover from old engine to new/replacement engine.

    • FOUND: Scanned vehicle found codes: 83-01ECM/PCM Relation Failure, 86-01 CAN Relation Failure, 114-06 (P2647) Variable Cylinder Management System stuck on 99-07 (P0497) EVAP System low purge flow, 99-08 (P0457) EVAP leak fuel cap loose, 99-09 (P0455) EVAP system large leak. We checked engine oil level and found that the oil is very low, it does not register on dipstick. We recommend performing an engine oil change and clearing all trouble codes then test driving vehicle to verify that the check engine and VSA light do not come back on.
    • REMOVE AND REPLACE MOTOR OIL AND OIL FILTER, LUBE CHASSIS WHERE APPLICABLE, CHECK TIRE PRESSURE AND ALL FLUID LEVELS.

    • FOUND: We scanned vehicle for trouble codes and found, C0051 Steering angle sensor failure. U0126 CAN communication failure with absolute steering wheel angle sensor. C1420 Main torque sensor and sub torque sensor incorrect correlation. C1422 SUB torque sensor malfunction. U0416 VSA system malfunction. We raised vehicle on rack and found that the same electrical harness, leading to the steering rack, is damaged by rodents. 2 of the 4 electrical wires have been chewed on. We repaired the 2 wires and secured the electrical harness. We cleared all trouble codes and test drove vehicle to verify no more steering issues are present.

    • FOUND: We scanned for trouble codes and found, C0051 Steering angle Sensor. U0126 Communication Failure with absolute steering wheel angle sensor. C1420 Main torque sensor sub torque sensor incorrect correlation/torque angle sensor incorrect correlation. C1421 Main torque sensor malfunction. We raised vehicle on rack and removed lower splash shield and found more severed wires that go to the steering position sensor. We also found some exposed wires on the front end, under the radiator, so we covered them with electrical tape. We repaired wires and lowered vehicle and cleared codes then we calibrated steering angle sensor and all warning lights turned off. Test drove vehicle and vehicle drives great.
    • Removed driver door inner panel and found that lock actuator rod was not connected. Removed outer door handle in order to route the actuator rod properly and re assembled door. Now door lock is completely functional and it locks and unlocks all doors.
