    • Scanned vehicle for trouble codes but no codes are present. We test drove vehicle several times and could not duplicate customers concern of vehicle locking up and/or loosing power. We checked charging and starting system and results were good. The battery is good, starter is good and the alternator is good. We checked the voltage at the alternator output and it is 15.00 volts and at the battery it is 14.98 volts. Checked the power and ground wires to make sure they are not loose. Checked the power cable at the alternator to make sure it is tight.
    • REMOVE AND REPLACE MOTOR OIL AND OIL FILTER, LUBE CHASSIS WHERE APPLICABLE, CHECK TIRE PRESSURE AND ALL FLUID LEVELS.
